Whistleblowing

Employees who discover irregularities that risk impacting the operations can report this using a whistle-blower channel that is accessible via the intranet. The recipients of reported whistle-blower cases are the Corporate Compliance Counsel, CHRO and Legal Counsel, whose utmost priority is to examine the case and make an assessment. The system is completely anonymous and the sender cannot be traced.

Resurs’s whistle-blowing policy is accessible for all employees via the intranet. The policy contains the following passage: “The company does not tolerate any attempts to punish or discriminate an employee who has used the whistle-blowing system in order to report a genuine suspicion that an irregularity has been committed. Any such punishment or discrimination could lead to the company taking disciplinary action, which could also include dismissal.”
