Sustainability goals

For our focus areas in sustainability, we have defined and related goals that are measured each year. The sustainability goals are a part of Resurs’s sustainability strategy and are followed up on and reported regularly.

Responsible Credit Lending

Goal
The number of payment arrangements paid by customers to be 60% or higher

Anti-corruption

Goal
At year-end, at least 90% of the bank’s employees to have completed an online course on anti-corruption on money laundering and anti-bribery.

Goal

Reducing the amount of post
The amount of digital post was 60% in 2019 and 65% in 2020.

Result 2019
57% of all post in the Nordic region was sent via digital channels. The post from Resurs Bank Norden includes all notifications sent from the bank’s accounting system.

Goal
Minimise environmental impact for meeting and work trips.
Reduce the total carbon emissions for business travel, hotel accommodation and company cars by 10% in 2020.
