In the Product business area, Solid specialises in the development of profiled insurance solutions for the retail sector. Our insurance solutions for capital goods are currently offered by partners in a number of sectors. Examples include home electronics, white goods, jewellery, watches, bicycles, furniture and spectacles.

When insurance policies expire, we extend them and thus also the partner's customer relations. This takes place via both traditional DM and email. Solid takes care of processing and assumes responsibility for ensuring that the customer database is kept up to date.
