Resurs Holding – a Group with strong values

Employees at the Resurs Group's five companies work according to strong values. The basic vision is internal, but it affects everyday interaction with the customer, business partners, decision-makers, the media and other players in the Resurs Group's eco system. The values are supported by the "Resurs Spirit", which has characterised the work method and customer contacts since 1977. A positive basic vision in which everything is possible combined with a keen eye for new opportunities drives the companies forwards.

• The customer comes first
The focus is always on the customer for all companies within the Resurs Group. Developing and strengthening the relationship with its partners and caring for the end customer are fundamental for every company in the Group.

• Speed before perfection
All employees in the Group work hard to identify opportunities and to quickly come up with good solutions.

• It´s better to ask for forgiveness than for permission
Bravery and drive are important, and employees are encouraged to dare to make decisions.

• Demand quality
Quality is always demanded within the Resource Group. What the right quality is depends on the expectations of the various recipients.

• Be careful with money
In a large company a lot of small costs can quickly add up to big money. Companies in the Resurs Group are happy to invest in future developments, but are careful with the large number of small everyday expenses.

• Have fun and enjoy work
A sense of fun and enjoyment comes from the fact that people in the Resurs Group are committed to their task, give of themselves and show understanding and respect for one another.

A history of innovations
1977	The business is launched by the creation of Resurs Radio & TV.
1983	Resurs Finans starts operations.
1985	The "Interest-free" concept is launched to make it possible to offer interest-free financing to customers of affiliated shops.
1989	The business is streamlined. The Radio & TV shops are sold off and Resurs concentrates on financing and wholesale operations.
1993	Resurs is given a permit to run an insurance business and SOLID Försäkringar is formed. Order Hemelektronik also starts up this year.
1998	Expansion starts in the Nordic countries.
2001	Resurs Finans becomes a bank and Teleresurs starts operations.
2006	Creation of the Reda Inkasso company and Megaphone.
2008	Acquisition of Kaupthing Finans.
2009	Megaphone is sold off.
